Welcome to my Slow Cooker Chicken Curry recipe! I love a curry and I love my slow cooker- mainly because its’ just so easy! My last slow cooker recipe – Cider & Apple Pulled Pork went down really well so I thought I would do another one for you guys! I used chicken breasts in this recipe and the slow cooker leaves the meat so tender and it has a similar pulled effect too! So let’s hop right in!

I know I’ve said it before but it’s so hard to take a nice pic of brown food!! I need to go on a food photography course I think! You can see the steam coming off this photo! The photo also isn’t as good as my usual as we were so keen to eat I forgot the photo until my friend reminded me!

Slow Cooker Chicken Curry – Serve With
I cheated and bought microwave rice- I’ve said this before in a post but I am definitely going to invest in a rice cooker at some point, they look like a dream, thank you to the recommendations I have had from my readers about these since I last said this! I also purchased some ready made popadoms and we ate this with mango chutney and mint raita, you can make this yourself or you can buy it in the supermarket in the Indian Cuisine section. It’s the first time I’ve bought it in a jar and I was really impressed with it.
