Welcome to my Baked Eggs in Ham Cups Recipe! I am trying to be a bit healthy at the moment and one of the main food groups I’m trying to eat is protein. When you are really focusing on this it can be very difficult to find snacks and food for on the go! This recipe is about on the internet quite a lot and is dairy and gluten free and follows diets like paleo. It is also super tasty and filling! I find they make a great breakfast! So here we go…
Baked Eggs in Ham Cups Recipe
- As many slices of ham per eggs
- I used:
- 5 eggs
- 5 slices of ham
- Heat the oven to 190 /170 fan
- Grease your muffin tin (I used fry light)
- Line the tin with the ham
- Crack in the eggs
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Allow to cool slightly before attempting to remove from the tin!
Baked Eggs in Ham Cups Variations
There are so many variations on this- why not whisk the eggs so they are more like an omlette or try adding some extra ingredients like cheese or tomatoes!
