Hi everyone! Hope you’re having a great day whatever you’re up to! Last week I visited #christmasatkew which was so magical and I would highly recommend going if you get a chance! All of the details are on the Kew Gardens website and here are some pics I took of the magical day!
You need to book tickets through their website which is done through See Tickets. You book your entrance time slot which is great as it means it isn’t jam packed when you get there. There are a lot of people and there were also a lot of children when we went who looked like they were having the best time!
There are lots of kiosks selling Christmassy food and drink at Kew. There is also a fair for the children with lovely traditional rides.
The usual Kew shop and facilities are also open which is great.
My top tips if you are going include, wrapping up warm and taking a torch! The route is about a mile round trip but it is a tarmac route round if you’re interested in access.
We also drove which turned out to be really easy and they have great parking. You have to book this in advance though, you can’t just turn up as all the parking gets booked out with the tickets. You’re also able to buy a reduced day ticket for Kew when you buy your Christmas ticket but you have to leave at half 3 and then return at your alloted time slot, ours was 5.40pm.
