When I started planning Blogmas back in November I really hoped by now that I would have a super festive house and I would be able to write this post with beautiful photos of my festive home. Alas, with working full time and family commitments I have completely run out of time to decorate the house very much this year. I have done a few elements which I really like but this is not the year that we will be going all out unfortunately. So instead this post is about the pops of Christmas I have (or will very soon) inject in to my house. They’re subtle but still give a nice Christmassy feel. Let me know in the comments below how you decorate your home for the holidays!
Christmas Home Decor – Kitchen
The dining table is where you can really go ‘all out’ Christmas. I love this set up from Zara Home. So far I have invested in Christmas napkins and tea towels for use all through December and I have also added some sparkly lights to the dresser.
Christmas Home Decor – Sitting room
My sitting room is my ultimate cosy place and I have already got some Christmas candles on the go as well as blankets and cushions that I have already picked up from Homesense. These ones from Zara Home also look fab and so chic! This is also the place where we have our tree!
Christmas Home Decor – Bedroom
I love this bedding from J D Williams. There are lots of great sets out there and some of my favourite ones that I’ve seen on Insta have been from ASDA so I’m hoping I can get there this week and snap some up! If you don’t want to go all out with bedding I really like some cushions or throws in the bedroom too.
Don’t forget to come back every day in December for more Blogmas posts!
