Hello everyone and welcome back to another recipe post! I have adapted this recipe from a great one I recently found now that I am trying to cut out wheat in my diet (for medical reasons, not by choice!) and this recipe uses grated potato as the base of the quiche / tart. I have to say, grating the potato by hand can be a bit soul destroying, so if you have a whizzy mixer that does it for you I would highly recommend. The other thing to note about this recipe is how surprisingly filling it is.
